Is breakfast most important meal of the day? The answer is big “yes”. In other words we can get the answer by comparing ourselves with car and food with fuel, as we all know that car can’t run without fuel so in the same way our body cannot work without food. As our day start with so much of work we need fuel for energy and breakfast is the best way to giving fuel to our body. Bypassing breakfast will not be a good idea as we can go farther on this matter with this old proverb:
