Nausea

During pregnancy some women have experienced number of health pregnancy-problem-nauseaproblems because their body goes through number of changes like baby is develop inside their womb. Morning sickness or nausea is one of the early sign of the pregnancy.

During pregnancy nausea or vomiting is very common. During first three months of pregnancy up to 70% of the women have got some moderate symptoms. But by the fourth month these symptoms are disappeared.

Causes of Nausea

No one knows what actual reason behind nausea or vomiting is. But it is said that it is probably brought due to sudden increase in hormone level. Most of the doctors believe that it is common in those women who carried twin or triplets.

How to get rid from nausea or morning sickness

Here is the list of some remedies to get rid from nausea or vomiting:

  • Early in the morning take a cup of ginger tea.
  • At night before going to bed take a glass of cold water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon honey.
  • Going on a walk and inhale some fresh air.
  • Do not take alcohol and caffeine.
  • Sleep near window at night and open it to get some fresh air.
  • Do not eat that food which contained a lot of fats and spices.
  • Do not smoke because it will diminish your appetite and also it is not good for you and your child.

  • Do not keep your stomach empty.
  • Try to include good amount of vitamin B and calcium in your diet.
  • Try to get enough sleep at night.
  • Do not go in warm place like heat. It will cause nausea.
  • After eating something do not brush your teeth immediately.
  • Before going to bed take some snack like yoghurt, cereals, bread, milk etc.
  • Try to include that food in your diet which is rich with protein and complex carbohydrates.
  • Take one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of lime juice and one teaspoon of mint juice three times a day.
  • Make a mixture of half teaspoon of ginger juice, one teaspoon of fresh lemon lime, one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of mint juice and take this mixture 3 or 4 time a day.
  • Extract juice of 20-25 curry leaves and mix 2 teaspoons of lemon lime juice and 1 teaspoon of honey in it and mix it well. Take this mixture 3 to 4 times a day.
  • Take those fruits and vegetables which have high water contents.
  • In morning eat dry crackers.
  • Avoid fluids with your meal.

Morning sickness is common in pregnant ladies. You can get rid from vomiting or nausea by adding that food in your diet which has good taste and do not cause nausea. You can also follow these tips to get rid from nausea but if you feel these tips are not working then consult your doctor.
