Dehydration

Dehydration can lead to various health ailments. Irrespective of age groups it can affect people. Many people nurture dehydrationmisconception that during summer we need to drink enough liquid to keep our body hydrated, but it can affect us at any season. You need to hydrate yourself irrespective of seasons.

•    Some other grievous indicators are:  nausea, fever, dizziness, diarrhea, rapid heartbeat, lowering your blood pressure etc. Sometimes delirium as well as unconsciousness also occurs because of dehydration. In such condition don’t waste any more time to visit your doctor.

•    Because of dehydration your body can also experience headache along with some tiredness. Dehydration always makes your body tried, lacking energy.

•    Make sure that you urinate normally; there is no such sign of lowering the urination. When you feel a decreased amount of urination it may be caused because of lack of fluid. Sometime also your urine colour can turn yellow because of your dehydrated body.

•    One of the major indicators of dehydration is thirst. Because of dehydration people can experience the dry mouth along with thirst. When you feel excessively thirsty it means your body is getting dehydrated severely. So it’s important to drink enough fluid to keep your body hydrated.
