enhancer. At the same time excessive use of blow dryer, colour, iron can also damage our hair. Because of your busy schedule you might be unable to go for professional treatment but you can manage some time at home for your hair care.
• Rosemary has been found to be quite beneficial for conditioning your hair. It is an excellent hair tonic & able to help your hair colour to stay long.
• Prepare a mixture of coconut oil along with the lavender oil. For a few seconds heat the mixture & apply it over your scalp. Allow it to stay overnight & wash your hair on the next morning.
• Prepare a mixture of lemon juice along with the chamomile tea & apply it to clean your hair. It’s recommended to be quite effective for your hair.
• Deficiency of mineral can lead to dry hair, so you need to include zinc in your regular diet. Your diet needs to be well balanced.
• To enhance the hair growth you can use the spearmint tea or peppermint for washing your hair.
• For treating dandruff, with your shampoo you can mix the almond oil or rosemary or patchouli essential oil.
• Arrange some gram flour (2 tbsp) & mix it with a cup of coconut milk. Mix well & smear the paste over your scalp & massage gently. Allow it to stay for almost 5-10 minutes & then wash your hair. Weekly execution this process will help you to keep your hair healthy.
• Honey has been identified to be useful for your hair. In a pint of water use 3 tsp of honey & smear it on your scalp.
• You can also mix aspirin with coconut oil & smear it. Allow it to stay for almost 2 hours & then wash your hair well.
• Beer as well as tea is quite an old remedy for keeping your hair shiny. Arrange some used tea leaves & boil it in enough water. Let it cool down completely & use the water for last rinse of your hair.
