• Calculate you exercise time at the end of the day. It will help you to track the result.
• At your home you will not get any supervisor so you need to monitor yourself. So never encourage cheating, ultimately you will be the looser.
• Create your own daily exercise routine & try to stick to it under any circumstances.
• For some extra encouragement do your home workouts with your close buddy, it can be your friend or your soul mate. It’s going to be a great motivation strategy for both of you.
