Usually women are involved in multidisciplinary activities.  So they need to take some extra care to stay energetic. healthy-womenSometimes stressful busy life compels them to encourage some unhealthy habits but they need to eliminate for the sake of their families.

•    Daily exercise is also important for staying fit. You can go for swimming with your kids or go for a walk or gym classes. You can also follow some fitness DVD in your home.

•    While you are taking care of your kid’s breakfast, make sure that you are also doing the same.  Your breakfast should comprise of lean protein along with little fat & complex carbohydrates, so that you can get energized for a long period of time. You can have yoghurt, smoothie, handful of almonds, oatmeal, and frozen barriers in your breakfast.

•    Sometimes dehydration can cause fatigue, so drink plenty of water to stay healthy.

•    In lunch, try to keep distance from oily junk foods. Try to have some whole grain breads, fresh vegetables, turkey etc. for your well-balanced lunch.

•    Instead of having dinner from outside, try to cook at home. Home made dinner is always healthy & safe. Try to cook some seafood, avocadoes, whole grain food products, nuts, veggies, dairy products (low fat) in your dinner. Family having homemade dinner together is always special.

•    Every people need sufficient sound sleep for staying healthy as well as fit. After a good quality sound sleep you can start the day with a refreshing mind full of energy.

•    Stress always makes you feel tired as well as exhausted. So try to reduce the level of stress in your life. You can go for yoga or meditation for getting some relief.
