Herpes
Herpes is an excessively contagious infection. Two types of herpes have been identified. One is fever blisters or cold
sores, mostly appearing in the surrounding area of your mount & another is genital herpes appearing below the waist. It can be happen because of close contact, sharing utensils (eating), kissing, pregnancy, cosmetic surgery, stress etc. It’s very painful with little bit of flu like signs. Though for some cases professional consultation is required, but various home remedies are also available.
• Make sure you have included lots of fresh vegetables in your diet. Ingest foods which are rich source of iron, vitamins, zinc etc.
• Ice cube is one of the easy treatments for herpes. Just rub the ice cubes on the herpes & get some immediate relief.
• For reducing the pain you can also ingest the peppermint tea. It’s also recommended for lowering your fever.
• Take a medium sized pot & add the bee wax along with lavender oil & a cup of olive oil. Now cook it well & remove from the heat to cool it down. After cooling down smear it well on the herpes.
• Prepare a mixture of eucalyptus as well as bergamot oil (equal amount 5 drops). Now mix well and apply on the infected area after every few minutes.
• Aloe vera has also been found to be quite beneficial for herpes.
• Make black coffee with some sugar & just consume a part of it. Smear the remaining liquid on the herpes.
• Take a clean cloth & enfold the grated carrot in it. Use this on the blisters for some relief. It’s also able to prevent glandular inflation.
• For some useful remedy arrange for some cornstarch & cotton balls. Now immerse the cotton ball into the cornstarch & pat it on the affected area.
• Take a cup of hot water & plunge a tea bag into it. Now place the tea bag on the blisters.
• Arrange for some baking soda along with a cotton ball. Now use the cotton ball for patting the baking powder on the affected area.
