Common Fever

Fiver is quite a normal illness that can happen to anyone, irrespective of all ages. Fever mostly accompanied with fevermale1nausea, body pain, dehydration, constipation etc. It’s believed that when temperature rises above normal (98.4 degree F is normal) then we get fever. It can occur because of cold or infection or unhealthy living etc.

Useful cures for common fever:

•    In 200 ml boiling water pour mashed raisins (1 tbsp) along with fresh ginger. Allow it to boil thoroughly till water reduces noticeable. Filter it & consume it daily.

•    Saffron tea has been recommended for reducing the body temperature. Ingest it after every few hours, it will five you some relief.

•    Prepare a mixture of water & grape juice (equal quantity) & drink it. It has also been found to be useful for curing common fever.

•    You can also consume orange juice; it’s able to improve your digestive system.

•    You can also use the cold compress on the forehead, when temperature is moving around 103 degree F.

•    When temperature turns normal you need to take a well balanced diet, because fever can make you very weak.

•    You can also use fenugreek seeds for making tea. It’s an outstanding remedy for common fever.

•    For body pain you can use the hot water bag for some relief.

•    Try to avoid cool environment, otherwise it makes the situation worst.
