Sometimes problems arise because of wrong posture & also for lack of exercise, which leads to several serious condition-footproblems. So we need to be aware of the right postures & important exercises.

•    You need to place your toes straight while you are walking or standing somewhere.

•    Whenever possible try to walk on the grass in barefoot.

•    To make your metatarsal arch strong fold your toes as if you are picking something from the floor through your feet.

•    To get the strong arches on the feet firstly stand straight & feet should be pointed, then rise on your toes & then bend or lower yourself.

•    You have to lift the arches of your feet a little bit, so that the outside edges of the soles of your feet support your body weight.

To get rid of the unhealthy-poor circulation & aching feet:

•    Firstly straighten your toes & then in a circular act move the frontal part of your feet.

•    Arrange for two buckets, then pour hot water in one of the buckets & fill another with cold water.  At first put your feet in the hot water & leave it for 2-3minutes. Then spend the equal time in the cold water bucket. Do this for almost 5-7 times. Remove your feet from the bucket & dry it well. Then massage your feet thoroughly, you can also use some lotion or cream for massage purposes.
