• You need to make up your mind on what kind of exercises you want to do. You need to improve your strength or go for cardio. You should also specify the place whether you for a gym or practise in your home.
• You need to have you snacks at least an hour before you exercise. It will help you to get energized for the sweat. When you start with full energy it means that you can spend a lot more time for workouts.
• To prevent stiff muscles you need to stretch or move your muscles at frequent intervals. After a day long sitting in your office chair, it can make your muscles stiff as well as tense, so it takes some time to get normal. But continuous moving can give you some different feeling.
