Though the Cleveland Clinic & Case Western Reserve University’s researchers revealed that women with anxiety live
much longer life, but the anxiety itself is not quite a welcome condition. It makes you feel stressed all the time & thus creates a hindrance to your normal life. Because of excessive anxiety other people can experience stroke & several other ailments.
• To reduce the problem you need to face it. When you confront the fear bravely, it makes you feel more confident.
• Never ever hesitate to consult your doctor it can make the situation worst. Whenever you feel something extreme, something serious don’t waste any more time for visiting the doctor.
• Make sure that you are spending just 30 minutes on your anxiety (to study it). Limiting your time for such purposes can give you some effective result.
• Though the caffeine is able to make you feel energetic, but at the same time it’s also responsible for your anxiety.
• Over the counter medicines, cough and cold medicines containing decongestants can cause anxiety. Substances containing stimulants should be consumed in lesser quantities to reduce the chances of anxiety.
• Meditation, yoga regular exercises – these are also quite helpful for reducing your stress as well as anxiety. Breathing deeply in the fresh pollution free environment can also give you some useful result.
