Fragile X Syndrome
For parents of a child suffering from fragile X syndrome, it is nothing to be demoralised or ashamed about. Study
revealed that 1 person in 1500 males & 1 female in 2500 females are suffering from fragile X syndrome. It’s also quite familiar as martin bell syndrome or Escalante’s syndrome & inherited mental retardation.
Indicators of fragile X syndrome:
Physical indicators:

• Experts believe that females are quite less emotive as well as have quite better language proficiency. However unusual shyness as well as stress plays a key a role in expressing these abilities.
• Sometimes they are unable to realise the tonal voice or body language or some facial expression.
• In fragile X syndrome child can suffer from mild language problem to a huge one. They can also suffer (unable to speak) in their whole life.
Some social & emotional indicators:
• You can also notice some self imposing damages, like bite, conniption, repetitive activities, excessive demanding etc.
• Excessive social distress can also engulf them.
• Because of hormonal changes you can also notice some extravagant outbursts among adolescents.
Some sensory signs are:
• Because of problematic connective tissue they can face problems during sitting or riding a bike or walking etc. They can suffer from inefficient sense of proper balance.
• These children’s can be very noisy or loud. They can react extremely from even a simple hug or touch.
• Among infants you can notice that they are uncomfortable drinking something from the bottle, because of the nipple.
