High cholesterol is quite a common problem world wide. High cholesterol leads to severe heart disorders. With some
effective diet control people can control their cholesterol level & stay healthy.
• While purchasing food products try to avoid things that containing trans fat. It not only enhances your bad cholesterol level but at the same time minimizes the nutrition value of packed food products.
• Your diet should be comprised of omega-3 containing heart healthy fish like- mackerel, salmon, tuna etc.

• Fresh fruits as well as vegetables are always a good source of fiber which is able to control your cholesterol level. So try to include lot of fruits & vegetables in your diet.
• Instead of high fat containing desserts try to switch on low fat yoghurt, fruit smoothie, light ice cream, fruit cake etc. These healthy desserts will provide you taste at the same time is not harmful for your health.
