When you lose balance you can suddenly feel some clogging in your ear or you can also hear some ringing sound & balancethen you start to feel nauseated & lose control over your balance. Various disorders together with allergies, vision problem, muscle weakness, ear disorder can put you down.

•    Walking over the soft surface like foam rubber, mattress, thick carpet is quite difficult. Practising walking on soft surface will give you some more balance, but remember to have your buddy standing nearby so that they could catch you if you fall.

•    Sometimes the balance problem can also occur as a side effect of some specific medication. In such a condition you need to consult your doctor about some substitute medicine or discontinuing the specific medicine.

•    Concentrate on your food products, because it may cause various allergic reactions, which can also disturb your balance. Figure out the problematic food & cut it down from your diet.

•    Excessive alcohol consumption can instigate the balance problem, so you need to control your alcohol consumption or you can also eliminate it from your ingestion list.

•    Muscle weakness is another major reason for improper balance. Studies have revealed that people always need to do some exercises like- walking, cardiovascular exercise, weight training etc.

•    Experts also revealed that imagination can help you to improve your situation. It will help you to take back your balance.

•    You need to take care of your own safety. When you are having problems with your balance, you need to remove polished floors or scatter rugs otherwise it will make the situation even worse. Remember to hold the railing whenever using the staircase. You also need to be careful while you are taking your shower.

•    Daily exercise is also quite beneficial for maintaining your balance. Expert physical therapist recommended that you should indulge yourself in such activities where you need to move as well as its necessary to maintain your balance.

•    It’s believed that coffee lowers the blood flow into your brain. Experts recommend a reduction in your coffee consumption for maintaining the proper balance (1 or 2 eight ounce cup is ok).
