Low sodium preparation is beneficial for controlling your hypertension. It has the potential to reduce the heart

Ingredients:
• New or baby red potatoes- 2 pound (large sized ones quartered)
• Butter (softened)- 2 tbsp
• Plain yoghurt (low fat)- 2/3 cup
• Scallions- 2 (lengthwise chopped into halves & then chopped finely)
• Fresh parsley- ¼ cup (minced)
• Salt- As per taste
• Black pepper (freshly ground)- According to taste
Direction:
• Take a large sized saucepan fitted with basket steamer & pour I inch of water.
• Add the potatoes & allow it boil to make them tender (for almost 20-25 minutes).
• If required you can add more water.
• Take large sized bowl & mix together parsley along with the yoghurt, pepper, salt, butter & scallions.
• Now pour the cooked potatoes into the parsley mixture & use the fork to break down the potatoes. Then gently gel together.
