Fitness Mistakes
In the process of staying fit sometimes we just do the wrong thing. Our misconception leads us to only hard work. But
your body also needs some break. Proper procedure is very important for your health.
• Though you are quite habituated with regular workouts (running, going to gym etc), but our body also require some quality rest. You can identify a day every week for taking rest & then start from the next day with full energy. For some changes you can also go for riding bike or swimming etc.
• Sometimes we nurture the misconception of “no pain no gain”. But sometime it leads to exercise related injuries. Though it’s quite appreciable that you love to challenge yourself, but there must be some limit. So when you feel excessive pain or exhaustion after workout don’t waste any more time to visit your doctor.
• Sometimes workout brings some monotonous feeling. Each day try to focus on your different body parts. Under the guidance of a professional don’t get afraid to try out various mechanisms.
• You might feel satisfied after a tough workout, but next day it can provide you some muscle spasms or soreness. So don’t try to overdo things. Try to follow some perfect warm-up as well as cool-down routine.
