Leg Pain

Arthritis, muscle strain, normal body weakness, standing for long hours etc can trigger the leg pain.  Leg pain can also leg-painappear in your foot or knees or other portion of your legs. Some easy home tricks of treating leg pain are:

•    Prepare a mixture of mustard oil (200-250 gm) along with camphor (10-15 gm). Pour it in a glass made bottle & place the bottle under the sun. Allow the camphor to melt completely & use the mixture to massage the injured area.

•    As an effective remedy for knee as well as leg pain coconut water has also been recommended.

•    For wrapping the affected area you can use the red flannel also. It will help you to get some relief.

•    Mix 2-3 tsp of fenugreek powder into a glass of water & consume it in the morning. It will help you to get some effective relief.

•    You can go for weekly massage of your damaged leg or take some quality steam bath. It will help you to get some relief.

•    You can also consume 4-5 walnuts in empty stomach regularly for getting some relief.

•    Exercises and yoga have also been found to be quite useful for treating your leg pain.

•    Cod liver oil is also recommended for curing leg pain as well as common body weakness.

•    If the pain occurs because of weakness, then you need to include necessary nutrients in your diet.
