Motion Sickness

Motion sickness is quite a common problem irrespective of the age. People can experience the nausea, dizziness, motion-sicknessmalaise, fatigue etc. It makes their travel experience worst. They just can’t enjoy the pleasant journey. There are a few ways available which can give you some effective relief.

•    While you are traveling in a car or in a plane or in a boat, try to keep your eyes outside of these things. It will provide you some counterpoise with your motion sense.

•    Some herbal remedies like- chewing ginger root, liquorice, catnip can also help you to get rid of morning sickness.

•    While you are traveling quite a long distance try to go for the seat which has fewer disturbances.

•    Sometimes having some hearty meal before traveling can give you some relief, but you need to go for its trial.

•    You can consult with a professional & have some medicine for avoiding such a situation.

•    Connectivity with other travelers who are having the motion sickness can encourage the problem, so try to avoid them during your travel.

•    Try to get some sleep during your travel. It will be a great remedy for motion sickness.

•    During your journey, try to keep your distance from oily, spicy food products. Strong odour can also encourage the problem.

•    Try to maintain the same direction with the motion, like- in the car try to sit on the front sit. If you are sitting in the back, then remember your face should be in the same direction with the motion.

•    Sometimes chewing gum has also been identified to be quite helpful for escaping motion sickness.

•    Try to keep your distance from bumpy roads; it can make the situation worst.
