A Public toilet is such a place where various vulnerable infections can occur anytime, but sometimes we are forced to toiletuse a public restroom. There are various ways in which you can protect yourself from some infections.

•    In public places try to trace out bathrooms which are away from the crowded area.

•    Be careful about whether that the bathroom door is closed completely or not.

•    Make sure that the flush is working properly, if not go for another one.

•    Use a fresh toilet pepper to clean the seat, no matter whether it was unclean or not.

•    If the toilet is provided with a seat cover then use it, if not then create one with the help of toilet papers.

•    After using your own (toilet paper) seat cover don’t forget to remove your seat cover.

•    After leaving the bathroom always clean your hands with soap.

•    Don’t forget to dry your hands with the help of a hand dryer or a hand towel.

•    Some studies found that bacteria concentrations are much higher in the door handles than in the public restrooms. So after washing your hands try to open the door with a pepper towel or through you elbow, shoulder etc.
