Summer Injuries

•    In summer days we love to spend time outside, to prevent your skin from burning you can smear calendula oil, peppermint oil etc. You can also take some relaxing cool bath or use a few drops of oil free lotion. Take some lavender oil & dilute it in water, now apply it on your scorching skin for some effective remedy.

•    Summer is the perfect time for barbeque so burns can also happen, don’t panic grab the soy sauce bottle & shake it. Now apply it on the affected area. Witch hazel & tea tree oil are also found to be useful for getting some relief. To speed up the process you can also use calendula as well as lavender ointments.

•    To take the proper prevention from bug bites you can ingest onions as well as garlic & also try to get vitamin B complex. Various essential oils also help you to keep your distance from flies as well as mosquitoes. To get rid of itchiness peppermint as well as lavender oil has been found to be beneficial or you can arrange some basil leaves & then crush them, now smear it on the bug bites. Mashed garlic is also quite useful for treating sting pain.
