Ingredients:

•    Roasted red peppers (rinsed) - 6-7 ounce
•    Walnuts (chopped) - ¼ cup
•    Ground cumin- 1 ½ tsp
•    Salt- As per taste
•    Lemon juice- 1 tbsp


•    Extra virgin olive oil- 1 tbsp
•    Breadcrumbs- ½ cup
•    Large garlic clove- 1 (crushed)
•    Red pepper (crusted)- ¼ tsp

Direction:

•    Take a small sized completely dry skillet & toast the chopped walnuts on the medium temperature.
•    Stir it for almost 2-3 minutes, till you get the smell.
•    Now take the food processor or blender & pour all the ingredients into it.
•    Blend till you get the smooth texture.
•    Now add the salt & lemon juice for seasoning & according to your taste.
