Gastro esophageal reflux

Gastro esophageal reflux is quite popular as acid reflux. When chronic signs or mucosae injury manufactured by the reflux1atypic reflux occurs in esophagus, then the situation is called acid reflux. People suffering from this problem can be experienced asthma, sore throat, chest pain etc.  It can occur because of drinking or smoking habit, over weight, consuming spicy-fatty foods. Sometimes because of pregnancy (hormonal changes etc) many women can also experience this problem.

•    To reduce the gas formation you need to drink cumin seed water daily.

•    Prepare a mixture of honey along with apple cider vinegar & consume it daily.

•    Don’t consume orange juice in empty stomach, it can cause the reflux.

•    Try to keep your distance from oily-spicy foods, garlic, tomato sauce, onion etc because these always encourage GERD.

•    Daily exercise is also found to be beneficial for treating acid reflux.
