Skin Abrasion

When the outermost living layer of your skin gets scraped that is called skin abrasion. Even sometimes the outer layer abrasion1turns reddish as well as because of abrasion second layers also can get uncovered. Though you can apply some easy homemade methods, but professional consultation is also required.

•    Firstly to wash the areas take a bowl of hot water & pour frankincense oil (5-6 drops). After washing the area slowly smear the frankincense oil (1-2 drops). You can do this regularly twice & continue it for 4-5 days.

•    You can also make a mixture of calendula along with the tea tree & comfrey. Use this homemade dressing on the damaged area.

•    Pure aloe vera gel is an excellent source of anti-inflammatory as well as antibacterial agents, so smear the gel on the damaged areas to get some relief.

•    Mixture of warm water & myrrh essential oil (4-5 drops) has also been found to be quite useful for washing the area.

•    You can also use lavender oil (4-5 drops) with hot water to clean the area as well as later use the same oil to smear the area.

•    To speed up the healing process you also need to focus on balanced diet.

•    Remember to carry the first aid kits with you.

•    Always remember to protect the area properly before you indulge yourself in action sports because the area is very much prone to the further injuries.

•    Until you recover completely keep your distance from smoking as well as alcohol consumption.

•    Regularly wash the area well to escape from any further infections.
