This is the time for Christmas, time for celebration. People just love to have various different preparations for this
season. However for figure conscious fatty people it’s not that easy. So here comes the ultimate solution. Try this tasty pudding (low fat) for this holiday season & have some fun with your family.
Ingredients:
1. Sugar- 2/3 cups (separated)
2. Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
3. Salt- As per taste
4. Egg (large sized)- 1
5. Cornstarch- 2 tbsp
6. Milk (skin/low fat) - 2 ¼ cup (separated)
7. Cocoa powder (unsweetened) - 2 tbsp
Direction:
• Take a medium bowl & use a fork to beat the egg gently.
• Now in a medium sized saucepan, mix together salt along with milk (1 ½ cup) & sugar (1/3 cup).
• Place it over medium temperature & stir frequently.
• Now add the remaining sugar along with the cornstarch & cocoa powder in a medium sized bowl.
• Beat well with the remaining milk till you get the smooth texture.
• Now add the simmering milk into the cocoa mixture & again pour back into the simmering milk.
• Remember to whisk continuously till it thickens the whole mixture (for almost 304 minutes).
• Take it off from the oven.
• Pour almost a cup of cocoa mixture (hot) into the beaten egg.
• Now again pour back into the hot mixture & place it over medium heat.
• Whisk well & add the vanilla extract.
• Stir well for a few minutes (2-3) & serve this tasty pudding hot.
