Staying Energized
Your physical & mental energy is interlinked. It depends on each other, so while you need some physical energy you
also need to energize yourself mentally or the opposite one. After starting a day with full of energy one tends to loose it slowly as the time goes by. Things that can energize you for the whole days are follows:
• Deep breathing is also found to be beneficial for the energizing process. It has the potential to improve the blood circulation in your body & also able to lower the drowsiness, stress from your body. Regular exercise or meditation is also quite effective for strengthening your mental power.
• You also need to provide balanced food to your brain. Studies revealed that choline (available in eggs) is quite a beneficial option for improving your memory as well as physical stamina.
• Fatigue is quite a normal side effect of the weight control or weight loss diet, which is serving you inadequate calories. So while taking the weight loss diet, make sure that you have a well balanced diet. You meals should be comprises with healthy fats along with the protein & complex carbohydrate. It will help you to stay energized for a prolonged period of time.
• Though study reveals that excessive caffeine intake can lead to serious problems, but it has also been proved that a cup of coffee before a presentation or exam can enhance your presentation up to 45 minutes. So try to ingest caffeine effectively.
• Mental training is highly required for maintaining sharpness. Several studies have revealed that memory games are able to enhance your memory as well as are sometimes effective for Alzheimer’s also. Online interactive games, puzzles etc can also improve your mental activities.
