Ingredients:
• Canola oil- 1 tbsp
• Onion (minced) - 1 ½ cup
• Dried oregano- 1 tsp
• Cayenne pepper- 1/8 – ¼ tsp
• Ground cumin- 1 tsp
• Cider vinegar- 1 tbsp
• Chicken/turkey- 4 cup (skin removed, minced & cooked)
• Chicken broth – 4 cup (chicken broth)
• Northern beans- 3 1/5 ounce can (rinsed)
Direction:
• Take a large pot or Dutch oven & heat oil on medium temperature.
• Now pour the chopped onion & stir periodically for almost 3-5 minutes (till it turns tender).
• Now add the cayenne along with the oregano, cumin & chillies.
• Stir frequently & allow it to cook for almost 3-5 minutes more.
• Pour the broth & let it simmer.
• Stir well for almost 15-20 minutes.
• Pour the vinegar along with the chicken/turkey.
• Allow it to cook for 5-10 minutes more & then your dish is ready.
